If you have urgent concerns between appointments, please call our office. We’ll assess your situation and arrange prompt evaluation if needed.

 

For routine medication refills, please contact your pharmacy. They’ll send a refill request to our office electronically.

Insurance & Billing Questions

We accept most major insurance plans and are committed to making quality cardiac care accessible.

 

For questions about insurance coverage, billing, or payment options, please call (478) 246-2264 and ask to speak with our billing staff.

 

We verify insurance benefits before your appointment, but final coverage determination comes from your insurance company. If you have questions about a specific bill, our staff is happy to help.

Office Policies

Appointment Cancellations:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another patient.

Prescription Refills:

Contact your pharmacy for refills. They’ll send a request to our office electronically. Please allow 48 hours for refill processing.

After-Hours Emergencies:

If you’re experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Do not wait for our office to open.
